Here is the full list of meals and snacks for this week’s meal plan. If you missed the shopping list, you can find it here. Of course, if there’s something you don’t eat or don’t want to eat you can substiture if for something you do. There are a couple days where I’ve listed leftovers as either lunch or dinner. That’s for a couple of reasons:
- To prevent food waste
- To cut down on cooking
There are also a few meals that I used to repurpose some of the proteins from previous meals. This is a great way to mix things up and add variety to our meals.
