  1. Doesn’t taste like banana
  2. No oil
  3. Gluten-free
  4. No dairy

This recipe covers all of those bases and then some. Not only does it have no oil, no gluten, no dairy, and no banana, but they are also quick and easy to make. They don’t require any special ingredients and they are most easily made in a blender. It takes about 2 minutes to throw everything in and blend, then you simply pour the batter into a hot pan and fry just like normal pancakes. Easy peasy!
